Welcome to Snaggedly. Because our store offers premium digital photography collections alongside high-quality physical branded items, delivery methods vary depending on what you purchase. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

### 1. DIGITAL COLLECTIONS & ASSETS
* **Delivery Fee:** Completely free of charge worldwide.
* **Fulfillment Time:** All digital photography packages, master renders, and digital downloads are processed instantly and automatically. 
* **Accessing Your Files:** As soon as your payment is completed at checkout, a high-resolution download link will appear instantly on your screen. A duplicate download link will also be automatically emailed to you at the email address you provide at checkout.

### 2. PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE SHIPPING
For our physical products and apparel, items are printed and dispatched via our trusted fulfillment network.
* **Processing Time:** Physical orders generally require 2–5 business days to process and print before shipment.
* **Tracking:** A shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking number will be sent to you the moment your physical package leaves the warehouse.

### 3. DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
* **Australia (Domestic):** Standard delivery across Australia typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. For regional areas, please allow an extra 2–3 business days.
* **International Shipping:** We proudly service global markets. Deliveries outside Australia generally arrive within 7–14 business days. 
* **Customs Duties:** Any international customs fees, import taxes, or local duties are determined by your destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
